Terms of Service

Effective: May 17, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Workzi Forge (the “Service”) operated by Workzi (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the projects, prompts, code, documents and other materials you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

We do not train foundation models on your Customer Content. Prompts and outputs are routed through third-party AI providers under their own terms; see our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive or harassing content.
  • No attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, authentication, or scan for vulnerabilities without permission.
  • No reselling raw model output as a competing AI-coding service.
  • No use that violates export controls or sanctions applicable to you.

4. Plans, billing, and quotas

Workzi Forge is currently in controlled beta. Free access is self-service; paid plan access, invoices, and payment processing are enabled only after explicit approval. AI usage is metered and may be throttled by quota or budget policy.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Current health is published at forge.workzi.org/status.

6. Termination

You may close your account or request beta plan changes by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose security or legal risk. On termination you can export your data for 30 days; after that it is permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) US$100 or (b) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
